1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi, a leading retail company. As a Full-Time team member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock and ensuring timely order fulfillment. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Organize and load merchandise strategically for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness to meet safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment safely and report any maintenance issues.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently within company policies.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate, adapt positively to challenges, and deliver excellent performance.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift products weighing up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
• Stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the warehouse.
