1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse maintains high standards of cleanliness and safety. Collaborating with team members and warehouse leadership, you will play a key role in optimizing processes and achieving operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise based on handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety, reporting issues as needed.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic guidelines.
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Job Qualifications
