Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a Full-Time employee, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with colleagues and leadership.
• Provide input on process improvements to management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
