Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in efficiently managing and organizing merchandise in our warehouse to fulfill orders effectively.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders promptly.
• Organize and relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and collaborate with peers and leadership effectively.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving warehouse goals.
• Inspect product quality and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Perform all assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Operate equipment following safety protocols.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physical conditions.
