Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock to meet store orders. You will also be responsible for maintaining warehouse cleanliness, collaborating effectively with peers and leadership, and contributing to process improvements.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
- Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
- Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
- Assist in achieving budgeted goals and process improvements.
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform assigned tasks accurately and within company procedures.
Job Qualifications

Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, and operate equipment in varying temperatures.
