Job Description
Position Type: Full-Time
Average Hours: 30-35 hours per week
Starting Wage: $23.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Selects and receives incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
- Relocates merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sorts, organizes, loads, and unloads merchandise.
- Performs cleaning, conducts inventory counts, cooperates with peers and suppliers, and suggests process improvements.
- Inspects product quality and safety, assists in achieving budget goals, follows safety guidelines, and reports issues to management.
- Performs tasks accurately, efficiently, and within company policy.
Job Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
- Organizes and executes efficiently.
- Interprets and applies company policies, communicates effectively, performs basic arithmetic, pays attention to detail, and works well in a team.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Lifts up to 45 pounds, moves merchandise, sits, stands, bends, operates equipment.
- Works in varying temperatures, hot and cold.
