1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's team. As a vital part of the warehouse operations, you will play a key role in efficiently managing stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring a seamless workflow.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment preparation.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and suppliers.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Maintain warehouse activities involving bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and operating equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
