Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a warehouse associate, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling orders, maintaining warehouse standards, and contributing to the overall success of our operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
- Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving operational goals.
- Operate equipment safely and report any issues promptly.
