Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and drive collaboration within the team.
- Coach team members on agile principles and continuous improvement.
- Manage sprint releases, update sprint activities, and report on sprint progress.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and prioritize features for delivery.
- Partner with Agile community to promote Agile practices within technology teams.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Agile practice or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong experience with Jira and Tableau.
- Expertise in creating software delivery plans and driving continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence partners and stakeholders.
- Understanding of DevOps mindset and release management processes.
