Master Roofers is currently seeking a Roofing Advisor to join our team. With a legacy of over 80 years as the leading roofing company in Central & Southern New Hampshire and the North Shore of Massachusetts, we are dedicated to providing exceptional services to residential and commercial clients. As a Roofing Advisor, you will utilize your expertise and modern technology to assist homeowners in making informed decisions about their roofing needs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver effective in-person sales solutions in alignment with company standards.
- Document all sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
- Maintain a current schedule, attend appointments promptly, and engage with customers professionally.
- Stay updated on sales information, products, and industry trends.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide training to sales representatives.
- Address escalated customer service issues promptly.
- Achieve or exceed sales objectives.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of sales experience in roofing, including insurance and retail sectors.
- Excellent communication skills and attentive listener.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and willingness to travel.
- Ability to handle objections and work efficiently within short sales cycles.
- Present sales pitches in a professional manner.
- Familiarity with building codes, laws, and regulations.
- Customer service-oriented with the ability to work in a team environment.
- Experience with tablets, Apple iPads, and Microsoft Office suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; roofing installation experience or certification preferred.
- Goal-oriented, dependable, and physically fit to walk long distances and climb stairs.
