We are seeking a skilled Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join our team at TOYOTI1. In this role, you will be responsible for utilizing reliability equipment to analyze and detect potential machine failures, predicting pending failures, and implementing strategies to minimize downtime effectively.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and detect potential machine failure using reliability equipment.
• Predict pending failures by reviewing and analyzing gathered data.
• Utilize infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic technology for daily data gathering.
• Submit work orders and schedule repairs during planned downtime.
• Detect air, steam, and nitrogen leaks using reliability devices.
• Change filters, oil, and grease as required.
• Recommend immediate shutdown of equipment for repairs if necessary.
• Collect oil samples for lab test analysis.
• Support Plant Operations and Maintenance to minimize unplanned downtime.
• Attend reliability and maintenance meetings.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or a minimum of 5 years' experience in reliability technology.
• Military experience considered.
• Knowledge of root cause failure analysis.
• Ability to work independently and in a group environment.
