Job Description
Join our team at TOYOTI1 as a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician. In this role, you will play a key part in minimizing machine downtime by utilizing cutting-edge reliability equipment to analyze and predict potential failures. You will work closely with maintenance planners, use various technologies for data collection, and actively contribute to enhancing equipment reliability.
Responsibilities
- Analyze machine data to predict impending failures.
- Collaborate with maintenance planners to schedule repairs during planned downtime.
- Utilize infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic technology for daily data collection.
- Identify and address equipment issues promptly to prevent catastrophic failures.
- Participate in reliability and maintenance meetings to enhance equipment lifespan.
- Stay current with predictive maintenance technology through job-related training.
Requirements
- Associate degree in industrial maintenance or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in reliability technology in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of root cause failure analysis.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
