Job Description

The Physical Security Customer and Facility Installation Specialist at Flexential plays a crucial role in supporting the Physical Security Installation Lead Engineer in overseeing installation projects, sourcing technologies and labor, and managing physical security systems. This position involves configuring servers, supervising installations, evaluating system performance, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure servers, workstations, and panels.
• Plan, supervise, and control security system installations.
• Evaluate system performance and maintain equipment.
• Manage worksites for construction projects.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and vendors.
• Create and manage project budgets and timetables.
• Design, implement, and troubleshoot physical security systems.
• Effectively communicate with end-users and stakeholders.
• Participate in security assessments and incident management.
• Travel as required.

Required Qualifications

• 1-5 years of supervising vendors and projects.
• Experience with low voltage systems and access control technologies.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• ASIS Certification.
• Experience with access control and CCTV systems.
• Knowledge of network design and video management systems.
• Genetec Certification preferred.
• Proficiency in software and hardware applications related to physical security.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit for extended periods.
• Walk or stand for 25% of the time.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Limited travel may be required.

Base Pay Range

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $86,000 - $96,000, varying based on experience and qualifications.

Variable Pay

Discretionary annual bonus based on personal and company performance.
