Child Behavior Specialist - Sign-on Bonus

Job Description

We are seeking a Child Behavior Specialist to join our team at Assure Health LLC. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and possess a Social Worker License in Ohio. Experience working with children is advantageous, but not mandatory as we provide training. As a Child Behavior Specialist, you will create a safe and therapeutic environment for children, implement treatment goals, maintain documentation, and communicate progress effectively. This position offers Full-time or Part-time opportunities with a sign-on bonus in West Chester, OH.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, structured learning environment for children.
• Implement Positive Leaps model of care and curriculum.
• Communicate treatment progress and relevant information to the Supervisor.
• Perform essential duties including classroom organization and leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social work.
• Social Worker License in Ohio.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in an active environment and lift up to 50 lbs.
