Job Description
We are currently seeking a Critical Infrastructure Manager I to join our team at Flexential. This role involves overseeing the operation and maintenance of all electrical, mechanical, and HVAC equipment for assigned data center(s), ensuring mission-critical uptime of 99.999% or higher. The position serves as a technical resource and fosters relationships to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions
- 24x7 facility on-call duty.
- Execute data center operations for 99.999% uptime.
- Drive operational excellence and propose solutions for improvement.
- Implement company policies and procedures.
- Conduct disaster recovery exercises and facility rounds.
- Create detailed maintenance procedures and provide staff training.
- Configure equipment monitoring and alerting systems.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of critical infrastructure experience.
- Experience with root cause analysis and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of electrical and mechanical systems in data centers.
- Military or trade experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Electrical or mechanical certifications.
- 3+ years of data center experience.
- Advanced training in management and technical skills.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, walk, stand, lift, and travel as needed.
- Keyboard usage for extended periods.

Base Pay Range: $81,100.00 - $91,900.00 (actual pay depends on experience and qualifications).
