Manager, Enterprise Security

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Manager of Enterprise Security to join our team at Flexential. In this role, you will be responsible for safeguarding our sites, assets, personnel, and customers through the design, implementation, and management of security services and systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing security operations, projects, and staff, as well as expertise in physical security technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage security staff and contracts, acting as a subject matter expert for security matters.
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures, while monitoring expenses and managing budgets.
• Oversee the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of physical security systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for security assessments and risk management.

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in managing security operations, projects, and budgets.
• Expertise in low voltage systems and physical security technologies.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in industry-standard software.
• Genetec Certification or willingness to obtain it within 6 months.

Preferred Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in multi-location security management.
• Proficiency in network design, Genetec systems, and relevant software applications.
• Experience with access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems.
