As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring high-quality standards and timely service.

Responsibilities

• Cook meats, fish, vegetables, soups, and other food products accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and portion food products prior to cooking.
• Plate and garnish cooked items, ensuring attractive presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
• Assist in food prep tasks during slower periods.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
