Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Health. As an LPN, you will work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care to our patients and ensure positive clinical outcomes. This position involves evaluating patients, administering medications, supervising patient care, and contributing to care planning.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients/residents and report any changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor care provided by unlicensed staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
• Current state licensure or pending LPN licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
