Maintenance Mechanic

Cargill is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Mechanic to join our global team in providing safe, responsible, and sustainable food products. As part of our protein and salt business, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and operating machinery to ensure efficient production processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate maintenance tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues independently.
• Adhere to safety procedures and regulations.
• Maintain industry standards for quality and safety.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.

Requirements

• Ability to work a 4-day week with 12-hour shifts.
• Proficient in reading mechanical and electrical schematics.
• Experience in mechanical troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
