Licensed Practical Nurse - Primary Care LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Primary Care facility at Central Vermont Medical Center. As an Office LPN II, you will work under the supervision of the Clinical Coordinator, providers, and Office Supervisor to deliver exceptional patient care, maintain professionalism, and uphold strict confidentiality standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide optimal patient care and maintain accessibility to patients.
• Demonstrate a high level of knowledge and collaborate effectively with staff members.
• Adhere to confidentiality regulations and uphold professionalism at all times.

Requirements

• Graduate from an approved Professional Nursing Education Program.
• Current LPN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont.
• One to three years of hospital nursing experience or office nursing experience.
• BLS training preferred.
