Rochester Manor is seeking per diem Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will provide efficient nursing care, contribute to assessments and care planning, administer medications, and supervise patient care. Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, document observations, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as directed.
• Supervise unlicensed staff in delivering patient care.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current LPN licensure or pending licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification may be required based on facility type.
