Job Description

Genesis Healthcare is currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Licensed Practical Nurse Health Unit Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will support our nursing staff to ensure optimal care services for our patients/residents. You will be responsible for transcribing medication and treatment orders, coordinating care activities, and assisting in the efficient operation of the nursing center.

Position Highlights

• Transcribe and process health practitioner orders under supervision.
• Implement the Genesis Pharmacy Program and liaise with pharmacy staff.
• Assist in scheduling and tracking healthcare provider appointments.
• Greet and acclimate patients, residents, physicians, and visitors to the nursing center.
