Foundever is currently seeking a dedicated Intuit Customer Support Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients, you will deliver exceptional customer service through various channels, ensuring client satisfaction and problem resolution. This role involves handling inbound service calls, engaging in voice, chat, and email communications, navigating multiple systems, and participating in ongoing training and skill development.
