Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Intuit Customer Support Associate to join the team at Foundever. As a key member of our customer experience solutions department, you will handle inbound service calls, provide top-notch assistance through voice, chat, and email, and navigate various systems and tools to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Handle inbound service calls and inquiries professionally.
- Drive customer satisfaction by effectively engaging in voice, chat, and email communications.
- Navigate through multiple systems and tools efficiently to provide accurate solutions.
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development programs to enhance performance.
Qualifications
- Must reside within 50 miles of 10431 Pinnacle Dr, Wise, VA 24293.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Desire to progress in a reputable company with dedication and teamwork.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Minimum age of 18 and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Successful completion of a background check.
