As a pivotal part of our organization, you will handle inbound service calls, support client needs through various communication channels, navigate systems efficiently, and undergo continuous training to enhance your skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound service calls professionally and effectively.
• Enhance customer satisfaction through voice, chat, and/or email interactions.
• Navigate multiple systems and tools to provide accurate support.
