Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your focus will be on enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling abilities
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow company standards
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is advantageous
