Job Description
We are hiring Customer Service Associates to join our expanding team at Avis Budget Group. As a valued member of our enterprise, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by assisting with the return process of rental cars. This includes engaging with customers, documenting vehicle details, and providing exceptional service throughout.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with the return process of rental vehicles.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Record vehicle information accurately in our system.
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Basic computer skills for data entry.
- Effective verbal communication abilities.
- Flexibility to work various shifts and outdoors.
- Prior retail customer service experience is a plus.
