Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Avis Budget Group in Grand Rapids. As a vital part of our enterprise, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience during the return process of their rental cars.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with the return of their rental vehicles, including greeting, documenting key information, mileage, and vehicle condition.
- Check-in vehicles accurately into our system while delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry.
- Effective verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work outdoors and in shifts.
- Previous retail customer service experience is a plus.
