Job Description
The Data Center Operations Technician I position at Flexential is ideal for individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves providing physical and Level II technical support to customers and internal resources in a 24x7x365 environment. The responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining data center cleanliness, managing badge access security, and collaborating with the Critical Infrastructure Manager as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Timely resolution and escalation of Facility and customer issues.
- Adherence to Flexential Support and Data Center policies.
- Physical and logical installations of Flexential services.
- Performing Facilities Rounds and escalating pertinent information.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Experience with Windows and Microsoft Operating systems.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work at heights, in cold temperature environments, and lift heavy objects.
