We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join Foundever, a global leader in providing exceptional CX solutions. In this role, you will handle inbound service calls, drive customer satisfaction through various communication channels, and navigate multiple systems to assist clients effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound service calls and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate professionally via voice, chat, and email.
  • Navigate through multiple systems and tools efficiently.
  • Participate in ongoing training and skill development.

Qualifications:

  • Must live within 50 miles of our Chavies, KY location.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-driven with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Minimum 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Successful completion of background check.
