Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Nurse Manager to join our Emergency Department team at Northwest Hospital under LifeBridge Health. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating resources to ensure top-quality service for our patients. With over 60,000 patients annually, you will play a key role in overseeing patient care, staff management, and maintaining our department's high standards.
Responsibilities
- 24-hour accountability for resource coordination to ensure service quality.
- Lead a team of nurses to provide care for various medical conditions including cardiac, stroke, behavioral health, and minor trauma.
- Implement clinical interventions and assess patient status effectively.
Requirements
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's in Nursing and National Certification preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in nursing or related field.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License, American Heart Association CPR Certification, and BLS Certification.
