Area Manager, Critical Infrastructure

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Area Manager to oversee the critical infrastructure operations within our data center market. As the Area Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimum performance and efficiency of all electrical, mechanical, and HVAC equipment, supporting mission-critical uptime levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the operational and maintenance activities of the data center to achieve 99.999% uptime.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to the team for optimal performance.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Identify areas for operational and financial improvements and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials.
• Conduct facility rounds and customer tours to showcase operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a management role with a focus on data center operations.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and root cause analysis experience.
• Prior experience in a critical infrastructure environment.
