Job Description
We are looking for dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handlers to join the ALDI team. As a Full-Time employee, you will play a vital role in efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse operates smoothly. This position offers a competitive starting wage of up to $26.75 per hour, inclusive of shift differentials.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Organize and relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Load and unload merchandise for shipments.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to optimize processes.
- Contribute to achieving warehouse budget goals.
- Operate equipment safely and adhere to ergonomic protocols.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
- Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physical ability to lift, move, and operate powered equipment.
