Job Description - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Crestwood. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide efficient and effective nursing care while ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
