As a Unit Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality healthcare services while ensuring positive clinical outcomes and overall satisfaction for patients, families, and staff.

Position Highlights

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain safe nursing care coverage.
• Provide guidance and supervision to non-professional unit staff.
• Identify educational needs and develop training programs with the Nurse Educator.
• Oversee medication management to ensure compliance with policies.
• Provide direct patient care and maintain nursing skills.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of Licensed Practical Nursing.
• Current licensure by the State Board of Examiners of Nurses.
• Minimum of one year of nurse management experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
