Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As a CNA, you will work under the supervision of a Licensed/Registered Nurse to provide essential daily living support to our patients/residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients/residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Ensure a compassionate and caring environment for patients/residents and their families.
- Adhere to high standards of service and recognize individual patient/resident needs.
Requirements
- Completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification.
- Proficiency in English language to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
- Ability to prioritize patient safety and well-being.
