As a Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring Legendary Food and Legendary Service is delivered to our guests. You will oversee all Front of House operations, manage and support Front of House employees, and drive sales and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Oversee Front of House operations and ensure exceptional guest service.
  • Manage and mentor Front of House employees, including training and performance evaluations.
  • Enforce compliance with employment policies and maintain restaurant cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Control liquor orders and costs while adhering to applicable liquor laws.
  • Develop and support the growth of key employees through coaching and feedback.
