Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team in North Pinellas County, FL. In this role, you will work closely with the General Manager to lead and coordinate team activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing operations, including cost control, inventory management, and customer relations.
• Mentor and train team members to develop leadership skills.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
• Recruit and onboard new team members.
• Manage staffing, paperwork, food preparation, and store cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address service issues promptly.
