Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Team Member to join Store 3087 at Jack in the Box. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences through outstanding service, quality food, and maintaining a clean restaurant environment in line with our standards.
Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver excellent service that meets 20/20 guest expectations.
- Operate one or more workstations following JIB procedures and systems.
- Maintain a high level of quality in food preparation and service.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in guest service or food preparation is beneficial.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
- Must be at least 16 years old with good communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages may be required based on location.
- Ability to multitask, perform basic math, and work effectively in a team setting.
- Capable of standing, walking, lifting, and carrying during shifts.
