Team Leader: Store 7171

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to join Store 7171 at Jack in the Box. As the first-line operational supervisor, you will be responsible for training and leading team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Your role involves ensuring food quality, meeting 20/20 guest expectations, and maintaining compliance with all JIB procedures.

Qualifications

• 6 months of JIB experience or 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old, complete Team Leader training classes, and possibly be ServSafe certified.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well with diverse groups, understand basic math concepts, and use personal computers.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for a majority of the shift, lift and carry moderate weight, operate a cash register, and communicate effectively with guests.
