Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Conduct store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
- Comply with company policies while ensuring data security and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of following company policies and procedures efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
