Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to join our fast-paced environment at Store 7102, part of the Jack in the Box family. As the operational supervisor, you will play a key role in training and leading our team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Your responsibilities will include ensuring high-quality food, meeting guest expectations, and maintaining JIB standards.

Qualifications:

  • 6 months of JIB experience and 100% workstation certification for internal candidates.
  • 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service setting.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and complete Team Leader training classes.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, additional language proficiency may be required based on the restaurant location.
  • Basic understanding of math, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work well with diverse groups.
  • Self-motivated, ethical, and proficient in using personal computers.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for the majority of the shift, lift up to 25 lbs, and operate cash registers.
