Team Leader: Store 3087

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to join Store 3087 at Jack in the Box. As the first-line operational supervisor, you will be responsible for training and leading team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Your duties will involve ensuring high-quality food, meeting guest expectations, and maintaining compliance with all JIB procedures and standards.

Qualifications

• 6 months of JIB experience and full certification in all workstations, or 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old and complete Team Leader training classes.
• Proficient in English, with potential need for another language based on restaurant location.
• Good communication skills, basic math proficiency, and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Physical ability to stand and walk throughout the shift, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform cashier duties.
