We are currently looking to hire a Survey Instrument Repair Technician & Operations Assistant in Nashville. This role involves servicing optical and GNSS equipment, managing customer relations, coordinating orders, and assisting with inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, testing, repair, and calibration of survey equipment.
• Create and process service work orders for repairs.
• Assist with product configuration, testing, and rental preparations.
• Collaborate with the Service Manager to stay updated on training.
• Handle customer relations and order processing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Prior experience with electronics or survey equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in land surveying or construction preferred.
• Proficiency in Windows 10 operating systems.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
