Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Senior Manager in IT Products to join our team at Nestlé Information Technology. In this role, you will lead the Regional Marketing, Sales, and eCommerce (MSE) team in supporting North American Operating Companies with their Sales Technology solutions. Your responsibilities will include providing leadership, managing team objectives, influencing leaders to scale innovation, overseeing regional deployments, and ensuring end-user satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Regional MSE Sales Technology team and manage resources within the budget.
- Represent Sales Technology across the Marketing, Sales, and eCommerce area.
- Influence leaders to scale Sales innovation initiatives and build North America-wide business cases.
- Oversee regional deployments of Sales Technology applications and ensure on-time delivery.
- Ensure team compliance with best practices and security requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 10+ years of combined business and technology experience.
- 5+ years of management experience.
- 2+ years working with Digital Business Technology and interpreting requirements.
The salary range for this position is $150,000.00 to $195,000.00 and includes performance-based incentives, 401k with company match, healthcare coverage, and other benefits.
