Job Description

We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Senior Financial Analyst in the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Department at Enterprise Community Partners. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the company's financial health and strategic business initiatives through data analysis, reporting, and modeling.

Responsibilities

  • Support the company's financial strategy by creating reports, analyzing data, and modeling using tools such as Adaptive Planning, Excel, Power BI, and Workday.
  • Configure, design, and administer the Adaptive Planning software platform.
  • Coordinate annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term planning.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial ratios.
  • Improve reporting capabilities, data structures, and processes.
  • Analyze results, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Continuous analysis and enhancement of business processes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4+ years of FP&A or Finance/Accounting experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • MBA certification is a plus.
  • Experience with Adaptive Planning or similar systems.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in Power BI or similar visualization tools is advantageous.
  • Experience in Workday Financials or ERP systems is a plus.
