Job Description
We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Senior Financial Analyst in the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Department at Enterprise Community Partners. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the company's financial health and strategic business initiatives through data analysis, reporting, and modeling.
Responsibilities
- Support the company's financial strategy by creating reports, analyzing data, and modeling using tools such as Adaptive Planning, Excel, Power BI, and Workday.
- Configure, design, and administer the Adaptive Planning software platform.
- Coordinate annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial ratios.
- Improve reporting capabilities, data structures, and processes.
- Analyze results, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Continuous analysis and enhancement of business processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4+ years of FP&A or Finance/Accounting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- MBA certification is a plus.
- Experience with Adaptive Planning or similar systems.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in Power BI or similar visualization tools is advantageous.
- Experience in Workday Financials or ERP systems is a plus.
