Senior Engineering Manager - Civil

Job Description

Moody and Associates, Inc. is seeking a skilled Senior Engineering Manager for our Civil Engineering practice. As part of our team, you will lead and oversee the design and management of various technical activities related to land development plans for commercial, institutional, municipal, and energy projects.

Job Purpose

• Manage tasks across multiple projects with a focus on project management excellence.
• Develop proposals, scope of services, and cost estimates.
• Plan and manage activities for multiple projects ensuring quality and compliance.
• Communicate project plans with cross-functional teams for successful product launch.
• Monitor project progress, control costs, and update schedules.
• Coordinate with stakeholders throughout project cycles.
• Mentor and manage staff, ensuring project success.
• Oversee project documentation and facilitate project close-out.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional engineering license in PA; additional state licenses preferred.
• 10+ years of civil engineering experience with staff management expertise.
• Proficiency in site development; experience in other engineering disciplines beneficial.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, AutoCAD, and other engineering software.
• Willingness to travel and collaborate across Moody's PA offices.
• Adherence to safety guidelines and drug/alcohol policies.
