Senior Development Officer

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Development Officer to join Enterprise Community Partners. As the Senior Development Officer, you will work closely with program teams to build and maintain relationships with funders, develop fundraising strategies, and ensure the financial sustainability of our organization.

Responsibilities

• Immerse in Enterprise's mission and national programs to shape fundraising strategies.
• Collaborate with program staff to articulate programming and create case statements for potential funders.
• Build relationships with local and national funders, including corporations and foundations.
• Organize meetings, events, and tours with prospects and funders.
• Write and submit proposals, reports, and stewardship documents.
• Create customized funder proposals and impact reports.
• Maintain accurate funder records in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in corporate and foundation fundraising.
• Proven track record in securing significant gifts.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.
