Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese)

Join Toyo Tires as a Senior Cost Analyst in our new state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. In this role, you will become the subject matter expert on CADIOS, work closely with Japanese counterparts to manage production costs, and lead the Fixed Asset inventory process. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is fluent in Japanese and possesses a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with at least six years of relevant experience. Cost Accounting and CPA certification are highly desirable, and experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Manage material transactions and investigate variances within CADIOS.
• Collaborate with Japanese teams to optimize CADIOS for cost management.
• Lead the Fixed Asset inventory process.
• Analyze ROI on projects and assist in budget planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum of six years of Cost Accounting and cost management experience.
• Proficiency in Japanese language (Fluent).
• CPA certification is highly preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is a plus.
