Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Senior Cost Analyst to join TOYOTI1's dynamic team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As part of the accounting and finance department, you will play a crucial role in managing production costs and ensuring financial efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS system.
• Analyze material transactions and investigate monthly variances within CADIOS.
• Collaborate with Japan to optimize CADIOS for cost management, requiring fluency in Japanese.
• Lead the Fixed Asset inventory planning and direction.
• Assist in ROI analysis of new projects and verify their financial outcomes.
• Participate in annual budget planning for labor and other costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Cost Accounting and Management.
• CPA certification is highly preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
• Fluency in Japanese is a must for effective collaboration with the Japan team.
